Your process will start with an Initial Intake & Evaluation to discuss your current situation, as well as your goals. We will develop a plan, based upon your goals and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) wisdom, encompassing exercise, mental stimulation & spiritual practice.

Your Plan will include a combination of:

  • Exercise: hiking, walking, gardening, dance
  • TCM dietary consulation: explore foods that may be more beneficial to your unique presentation
  • Weekly motivators: stories or thoughts I will share to promote your motivation on the path to your goals
  • Wellness-in-focus sessions: InterPlay tools ( to explore your goals or re-invigorate your inspiration
